Booth Rental Agreement
Thank you for consigning with Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale!
This agreement is made between Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale, LLC, and CLIENT NAME HERE (hereafter “Vendor”). Vendor ID #: CLIENT ID # HERE
1. Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale will allow Vendor to rent a booth for the purpose of the sale of personal property to retail customers. Vendor may use the rented space only
for the sale and display of merchandise consistent with the operation of a high-quality consignment clothing store, including clothing, shoes, purses, and other accessories. Vendor accepts the rented booth in “as is” condition and has no right to alter or change the rented booth without written consent of Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale.
2. The term of this rental Agreement shall be ______ weeks; commencing on _________________ and ending on __________________
3. Vendor shall pay Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale booth rent in the sum of $________ for rental period. All vendor booth payments must be paid at time of booking.
4. Vendor booths must be set up Saturday between 8:00-10:00AM. Booth fees will not be refunded for those who fail to fill booths for their allotted rental period. Unless vendor designates to donate unsold items, booths must be packed up Friday between 6:00PM – 8:00PM. Booths that are not packed up by the end of the contract period will be packed up by Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale staff and items will be charged $10.00. We will hold items for two weeks then they become the property of Hello Again
Booth-Tique Resale.
5. Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale will provide Vendors with hangers. Vendors shall only use assigned hangers to maintain store aesthetics. Hangers remain property of Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale and should be left in booth at the time of tear down.
6. Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale will pay for expenses incurred for credit card sales. Credit card fees will NOT be passed along to Vendors.
7. Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale shall have a right to collect all monies from merchandise sold by the Vendor in their rented booth. Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale shall remit all sums due to Vendor in arrears within three business days of end of rental agreement. Payments will reflect sums due to Vendor minus discounts and tax. All state, city, and county sales taxes shall be collected and paid by Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale, on behalf of the vendor.
8. Vendor shall bear the entire risk of loss of any Vendor’s property as a result of any casualty whatsoever, including, but not limited to, fire, windstorm, flooding, theft, vandalism, or price switching. Vendor hereby expressly waives any rights or remedies it may have against Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale for any damage to any property Vendor holds for retail sale in the rented space. Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale reserves the right to inspect all boxes and/or packages before they leave Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale.
9. Vendor shall be responsible for carrying insurance coverage on its own merchandise and understands Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale ’s insurance does not cover any of Vendor’s personal property.
10. Vendor will receive 65% of the selling price for their items. Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale will provide report at end of consigning period. Payouts will be by check or Venmo.
Booth Space Policy
The following policies are in place to ensure we maintain a desirable shopping experience for customers.
1. Price Tags. All merchandise must have a sales tag with Vendor number (assigned to you) and retail price.
2. Brief descriptions/brand name on tags are recommended, but not required.
3. Vendors will be given a starter bag of tags, barbs and barb guns. Please see example for how to label tag
4. No sticker tags or masking tape may be used as sales tags.
Vendors must enter their inventory (ahead of time) into consignment software and have
labels printed from store. If you choose not to enter your descriptions you will still need
to tag items with blank white tags (labels will adhere to tag) with the booth # and price.
5. Quality Control. Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale reserves the right to request a Vendor to
improve or change Vendor’s display or the quality or type of merchandise offered for sale.
Failure to make recommended changes may result in Vendor’s booth being taken down.
Only items aligning with the following descriptions will be allowed for sale
High-Quality Items
Items being sold should be current styles in new, excellent, and like-new condition.
Name brands versus discount brands are preferred.
Shoes must be in like new condition
Items being sold must be freshly laundered, wrinkle-free, and stain-free.
No garments with pilling, fuzz, lint, or pet hair.
Items should be free of odors like smoke, mothball, must, or pet odor.
Booth Setup: Booth should be visually appealing. No more than 25-35 hanging items shall be displayed
at a time. This keeps merchandise easy to browse. Shelves should be used for shoes and/or accessories.
Booth Maintenance: Vendors can restock their booth during their rental period. Hello Again Booth-
Tique Resale staff will tidy booths on a regular basis.
Operations: Normal business hours are Monday – Thursday 10:00AM – 7:00PM; Friday 10:00AM –
6:00PM; Saturday 10:00AM -6:00PM, and Sunday 12:00PM- 5:00PM
Liability for Merchandise: Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise. Merchandise without tags will be placed in the vendor claim area. If not claimed within one week, they will become the property of Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale. Initial ________
Discounts: Vendors may choose to discount their booth twice during their rental period. Discounts
requests must be sent to Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale in written form (email or DM). Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale will create and hang discount signs. Other than that, we do not discount your items without your consent. Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale employees have an employee discount, but that comes off the store’s cut, not the consignor cut. Common Areas: All aisles and other common areas outside the Vendor’s rented booth must be kept free of merchandise. These areas will be cleaned by Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale.
Property Abandonment: Any property placed at Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale for sale or display by a Vendor will be considered abandoned 14 days after the expiration of booth rental agreement end date without any contact from the Vendor to Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale. The said property will become the property of Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale. Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale reserves the right to sell or dispose of said items at its sole discretion. Initial______
Returns: All sales are final at Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale.
Promotion of Items: Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale shall use its best effort to promote, display and sell items both in store and using online platforms. Items may be listed and sold online.
Amendments: Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations from time to time, as Hello Again Booth-Tique Resale deems appropriate.
